Wedding Bouquet

I've not made many white on white cards, so I enjoyed doing this one. The gorgeous bouquet is from Just Inklined.

Coloured with Promarkers and I used spellbinders dies, embossing folders and a bit of ribbon ... not a pearl in sight on this one .. didn't think it needed anything else!!

Baby Afghan

You may remember a few months ago I posted a pic of a baby blanket I crocheted using the traditional granny square method. Well I decided to follow a pattern, never having followed one before, and I was surprised how easy it was. 

Here's the result. It's from a booklet by Terry Kimbrough and there are 24 different afghan patterns to choose from. This one's called Special Memories and I'm half way through another one called Heartwarming Wrap. 

As I'm having a snow day, I'm going to snuggle up on the sofa and carry on with the other one. I'll post pics when it's finished.

Pansy

After last weeks spring like card and the threat of snow, this week I've gone for another spring card after Friday's big snowfall!!! 

I've used the gorgeous pansy image from Just Inklined.

Coloured with Promarkers, the lovely contrasting backing paper was scored with my Hougie Board and all finished off with a few pearls.

Daffodils

I know we're still in January but with all this cold weather and the threat of snow, I thought I'd make a lovely spring card.

These delightful daffodils are from Just Inklined.

Coloured with Promarkers, the striped backing paper is from Papermania and the lattice is a Cheery Lyn die.

Happy New Year!!!

Happy New Year everyone, and here's my first card of 2013!! 

It's the gorgeous clematis image from Just Inklined and one I've used several times before.

Coloured as usual with Promarkers and the sentiment is computer generated. Very, very simple card, a few score lines and gems and that's it!!
